Returns Policy

You can only return your order within 60 days of purchase. Return costs are at your own expense.

First register your return via support@lumyskincare.nl. Please include the following:

  • Reason for return
  • Contact details
  • If applicable, photos of any damage + description
  • As soon as we have received your message, we will process your return request as quickly as possible.

When will the purchase amount be refunded?
After the returned order has been received, the purchase amount (not including shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 10 days.

How long is the warranty on Raydiant?
You have a standard 2-year warranty on Raydiant. Was your tool delivered broken? Please send us an email with some photos of your defective device via support@lumyskincare.nl.

I'm not completely satisfied, what now?
What a shame that our product doesn't quite suit you. A new skin care product often takes some getting used to. We recommend that you try the product for at least 21 - 45 days.

If you discover within 60 days of trying that you are not completely satisfied with the product, please let us know via support@lumyskincare.nl. You can then return the product to us, return costs are at your own expense. We will then refund the full purchase amount to your account.

How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?
This is actually very simple: if you are not satisfied, you get your money back! Make sure you let us know within 60 days of purchase so that we can arrange the return for you. Provided that the products are received in good condition. This does not apply to products that have been sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery. Excluding Raydiant.
